KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

sum of Ten Dollars ($10) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee
herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have
granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of
Southlalce, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas, a perpetual fifty foot (50') drainage utility
easement in, into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described
as follows, to wit:

See attached Exhibit "B"
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto the City of Southlake, its successors and
assigns, and Grantor hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns to warrant and forever
defend, all and singular, said premises unto the City of Southlake, its successors and assigns,
against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
The terms of this dedication shall mn with the land and shall be binding upon and inure
to the benefit of the City of Southlake and its successors and assigns.
