Call to Order: Introduction of SPIN Program and Meeting Ground Rules. 2. Discussion: Discussion of proposed project. 3. Discussion: Question and Answer Session. 4. Neighborhood Update 5. Adjourn 7:00 p.m. SPIN Forum: The City of Southlake's Economic Development and Tourism Department will host a SPIN meeting to present the findings and elicit feedback on the Economic Development and Tourism Strategic Plan which is an element of the Southlake 2030 Plan. 1. Adjourn 8:00 P.M. SPIN City-wide Forum: SPIN #11 will host a city-wide meeting to discuss a proposed revision to the site plan for 2310 W. Southlake Boulevard to accommodate a smaller building that will house one restaurant tenant, one general retail tenant and a drive-through wrapping around the rear of the building. 1.
