A motion was made to approve the minutes with the following corrections: Remove
Barbara Schlauch from attendee list as she did not attend.

Agenda Item No. 3. Public Works Roundtable Discussion
Bob Price provided updates on:
• 1709 Median project. Concerns:
David Baltimore- U-turn on 1709 at Brock. Vic Awtry-Foxborough barricades need to be
adequate for visibility.
Pattie Minder -medians need lighting, and deceleration lane at Westwood grade
transition will be too drastic for school buses. Bob will check with TXDOT. The asphalt
at her house is too high.
Barbara Schlauch- Randoll Mill traffic getting worse. Bob said completion of 1938 will
pull some traffic off.
Ron Evans for Wendi- 1347 Lakeview. Rocks were removed for sewer and not
replaced, and 200 N Peytonville fence removed and not replaced and causing drainage
problem.
• Bob said any faded signs or light problems should be reported on the website.
• Continental at Byron Nelson intersection surface replaced and restriped to
improve safety.
• North Kimball utilities and drainage underway.
• TW King water supply line. Final segment 6-8 months out.
• Dove between Lonesome dove and Kimball. Paving will complete in May.

Spin 1: Amy Brandt had nothing to report
Spin 2: David Alexander said new Dentist office near completion at Dove and Carroll.
Multi-purpose fields on Dove to groundbreak this month.
Spin 3: Randy Williamson hosting Spin meeting to rezone SF1 on property on Dove just
west of the substation. Does not expect opposition. Parks Board starting Bob Jones
Nature center meetings.
Spin 4: Not present
Spin 5: Barbara Schlauch had nothing to report
Spin 6: Mike Terry said median changes are now in his area and going well.
Spin 7: Vic Awtry said assisted living funding from the state may change how any new
city ordinance can be implemented. April 11 SPIN meeting regarding Rucker property
needs sidewalk plan and everyone needs to be involved.
Spin 8: Pattie Minder has spoken at gas drilling meetings, and has made it clear she
speaks as a homeowner not SPIN. Cambridge fence going up to stop kids from cutting
thru. Working with DPS for drug dog due to suspicious activity.
Spin 9: Ray Temain said they were pleased with Byron Nelson improvements.
Senior: David Baltimore said march 28th Spin meeting is about assisted living meeting.
David said his residents wonder why they are not looking at other other issues.
Watermere request for SP2 zoning April 11 th.
Spin 10: Ron Evans said Walmart Neighborhood store will be replacing Albertsons.
Spin 11: Monique Schill said gas line concern going near daycare was discussed at
Council. Happy to see medians nearing completion.
Agenda Item No. 8. Discussion on Future Agenda Items
Vic Awtry said need to discuss aging sidewalk elements at Town Square. Who owns
this. Southlake, or Cooper and Stebbins, or tenants?
