SPIN Forum: The City of Southlake's Planning and Development Services Department will host a city-
wide SPIN meeting to discuss proposed changes to the City's Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance 480) to
incorporate the Masonry Ordinance into the Zoning Ordinance and to revise the sections that address
fencing, screening and recreational vehicle storage.

SPIN Forum: SPIN #11 will host a city-wide meeting to discuss the proposed request for modification
of the existing SP -2 Zoning for Watermere Southlake located at 401 Watermere Drive. The applicant is
seeking to change the North Tower from condominium units to a health care building with skilled
nursing, assisted living and transitional independent living. The applicant is also proposing to modify
the East Village for -sale villas layout to all one-story and larger average square footage units.

SPIN Forum: The City of Southlake's Planning and Development Services Department will host a city-
wide SPIN meeting to discuss two Southlake 2030 Special Area Plans. The first plan will involve 150
acres located at the southwest corner of Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue, located in the SPIN
9 Neighborhood. The second plan will include 82 acres located between Kimball Avenue, Crooked
Lane and Nolen Drive, located in the SPIN 8 Neighborhood. These special area plans will include
recommendations for land use, mobility, environmental protection and other interests.
