REQUEST: The proposed Master Sign Plan includes sign regulations for attached, drive - through, directional and menu board signs. A summary of the sign types requested in the Master Sign Plan follows. Please refer to Attachment D of this report for complete details. Kimball Avenue LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1 R2, Block 1, Kimball / 1709 Addition HISTORY: May 30, 2006 — City Council approved sign variances for attached signs that exceeded maximum letter and logo heights. A variance was also granted for maximum number of signs allowed on the building.
