REQUEST: The proposed Master Sign Plan amendment includes sign regulations for attached signs on the north and northeast elevations of the parking garage. The original sign package did not include any signage for the parking garage other than address numerals. State Highway 114 LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 1 — 5, Block 1, Southlake Medical District HISTORY: March 5, 2013; City Council approved (7-0) the Master Sign Plan as presented to include the revised Emergency Monument sign that was distributed during the meeting. (MSP13-002) The original sign package did not include any signage for the parking garage other than address numerals.
