REQUEST: Solara Surgical Partners is requesting a variance to the Sign Ordinance No. 704-F requirements for maximum letter height. The proposed sign is for the new location of Solara at 120 S. Village Center Drive. The applicant is requesting to use the same signage that was used at their previous location, 2250 East Continental Blvd. A variance was approved in 2010 allowing the additional 1 '/2 inches in letter height (17'/2 inches).
