On behalf of Modia Home Theatre Store, Chandler Signs, L.P. L.L.P. is requesting
a variance to the Sign Ordinance No. 704-F requirements for maximum letter
height, maximum logo height, and sign placement for two (2) attached signs
located at 111 Village Center Drive.
Chandler Signs, L.P. L.L.P. is requesting a variance to the Sign Ordinance No.
704-F requirements for maximum letter height, maximum logo height, and sign
placement (west fagade). The proposed signs are for the new location of Modia
Home Theater Store at 111 Village Center Drive. The applicant is requesting to
use the same signage that is at their current location at 3030 E. Southlake
Boulevard. The signage received variance approval in the past for that location as
well. The two signs are identical in size.

November 20, 2007 — City Council approved a variance request for
maximum allowed logo height for the attached sign on the south elevation
facing Southlake Boulevard at 3030 E. Southlake Blvd.
June 19, 2012 — City Council approved a variance request for maximum
letter and logo height for the attached sign on the north elevation facing
Gateway Drive at 3030 E. Southlake Blvd.
The sign criteria, site plan and application are attached to this report.
