The parking will require some tweaking on the south side to marry up to the concept plan for the adjacent property. I just received a copy of that from the city. But this gives you an idea of the proposal. The west half is the existing building and would be occupied by Modia. The east half is a new building that replaces the existing drive-thrus and would be two story. Please confirm receipt so I’m sure I got your email correct. Thanks.
