Citizens that attend these meetings are generally looking for information on what the project will look like, where the access will be, where the building will be located on the property, etc. Be prepared to have visuals such as a PowerPoint presentation, large renderings and maps – something that will represent what your project is and where it will be located on the property. There are no specific submittal requirements for the meeting, but p.8 in the SPIN Applicant Packet provides some guidelines for the materials to present at the meeting: "Petitioners should present the following information during their meeting presentations: 6.2.1. Concept / Site Plan (copies for handouts, if development related); 6.2.2. Possible tenants for development; 6.2.3. Vision of development / issue; 6.2.4. Time frame for completion of development / issue; 6.2.5. Elevations of buildings; and 6.2.6. Estimated date(s) for placement on City Boards and Commissions and/or City Council meeting agendas so participants may continue participating in the public review process."
