COMMISSION PRESENT: Chairman Ann Creighton; Vice-Chairman C.D. Peebles; and
Commissioners Michael Boutte, Kenneth Home, Dennis King, Mike Sandlin, and Keith Shankland.
COMMISSION ABSENT: None.
CITY STAFF PRESENT: Dennis Killough, Senior Current Planner; Ed McRoy, Current Planner;
Charlie Thomas, Deputy Director of Engineering Services; and Loft Farwell, Planning Secretary.
Chairman Creighton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
There was no Work Session held.
AGENDA ITEM #2, APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairman Creighton opened discussion of the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting held on June 17, 1999.
Commissioner Boutte recommended the following change on Page 19, Lines 3 and 4:
"He said he hates giving up ~ e/o~trO! ~mple~ely."
Motion was made to approve the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held
on June 17, 1999, as amended.

Commissioner Boutte asked staff when Public Hearing signs need to be posted. Senior Planner
Dennis Killough said signs need to be posted 15 days prior to the Public Hearing. Commissioner
Boutte said there are 14 days remaining before the Public Hearing for Item #ZA 99-030. Mr.
Killough said he thinks they have already posted their sign. Commissioner Boutte said he did not
see it today but will look again on the way home tonight.

42 Texas, according to the plat recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 1897, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas,
and being approximately 3.92 acres. The property is located at 215 White Chapel Court being on

Eight (8) written notices were sent to property owners within the 200' notification area, and no
responses were received.
Steve Bezner, 215 White Chapel Court, Southlake, Texas, presented this item to the Commission.
Chairman Creighton opened the Public Hearing. No one in the audience stepped forward to speak.
Chairman Creighton closed the Public Hearing.
