Development Details Merriman Associates/Architects, on behalf of Shaddock Development Company, is requesting approval of a Site Plan for the purpose of constructing a new 7,385 square foot single story office building on property located at 131 S. Any property commercially zoned along 1709 with a new proposed building is Î required to have approval from City Council.
