On March 7, 2013 approved (4-0) subject to Staff Report dated March 1, 2013 and Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated March 1, 2013 with a revision to the site plan that will allow for cross access easement between the subject property and the property to the south with a special note to City Council that the Planning and Zoning Commission acknowledges the possibility of a variance needed to accommodate that requirement as well as a special recommendation to City Council to consider ingress/egress to the building and possible sidewalk between or on the south side of the building CITY COUNCIL March 19, 2013; tabled (7-0) to the April 2, 2013 City Council meeting and requested the applicant to address the following: Replace the Crape Myrtles along S.
