Southlake Program for the Involvement of Neighborhoods program improvements:
Finalize SPIN Standing Committee Member Job Description
A motion was made to approve the SPIN Standing Committee Member Job Description
with the following revision on page 2: "ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 8. As requested,
attend and /or present at annual meetings of all HOAs in neighborhood and provide
after - meeting report to staff."

Agenda Item No. 6. Administrative Comments
• SPIN Executive Committee Elections
The group decided to conduct the elections at the April meeting. A nomination
form will be distributed electronically via email.
• Candidate Forum Update
The group decided that the CISD Candidate Forum should proceed independent
from any City Council meet and greet. Alison Ortowski will follow up with the City
Secretary's Office regarding the reception for new Council Members so that SPIN
can advertise and provide the public an informal opportunity to meet the new
Council Members.

Agenda Item No. 8. Discussion on Future Agenda Items
Ray Tremain requested information regarding the upcoming solicitors ordinance.
David Baltimore recommended an introduction to the new Deputy Police Chief.
