The city manager, Curtis Hawk, stated he was instructed by the City
Council to survey the employees to ascertain how many may be
interested in providing health insurance coverage for their
families, when new coverage is provided. He reported that
twenty-six employees would consider the possibility, out of
fifty-nine employees. TML is a trust fund formed to cover just
cities and governmental agencies. If the city were larger, we
would hire a risk manager, since we are not, TML will watch
things for us.
Mayor Fickes arrived at this time.
