Members: Sally Hall, Rick Wilhelm and Pamela Muller Absent: Councilmember Ralph Evans City Staff Present: Curtis Hawk, City Manager; E. Allen Taylor, City Attorney; Mike Barnes, Director of Public Works; Renee' Wheeler, Finance Officer. The work session was called to order by Mayor Fickes at 7:10 p.m. The Mayor explained the reason for the work session is to discuss the Fiscal Year 1990 Budget and to further discuss the New Proposed Zoning Ordinance No. 480. A copy of the changes to the proposed ordinance, draft #1, dated, May 18, 1989, is hereby attached to the minutes of the meeting. Also present for the meeting was Joe L. Wright, Planning and Zoning Commission member, and Dr. Phil Moore, who discussed with the council members present, the proposed zoning surrounding the Woodland Height Addition, as outlined on the proposed zoning map.
