Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 45.16(a) requires accessory buildings on a permanent foundation to be located no closer than 10’ to a property line. The applicant is requesting a
variance to allow an approximately 5’ rear setback.
Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 45.16(i) requires the roof (design, pitch, materials) of accessory buildings to match the principal structure roof. The applicant is proposing the
roof as shown on the elevations.
