Item 6A Zoning Change and Site Plan Marshall Creek Ranch ZA12-030 Owner/ Applicant: Marshall Creek Ranch Request: Approval of a Zoning Change and Site Plan from Agricultural District to S-P-2 Generalized Site Plan District to bring the existing equestrian riding stables into compliance with Zoning Ordinance No. 480 as amended and to allow for the future construction of a new office building and cover for the arena area.
