EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.

4. Consider: ZBA-632, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(d) requiring a minimum rear
yard setback of forty (40) feet. The request is being made by the applicant, Ray Mulholland, on
property described as Lot 9R, Block C, Lakewood Ridge Addition, an addition to the City of
Southlake, Denton County, Texas, and located at 4380 Saddle Ridge Rd., Southlake, Texas. The
current zoning is "SF -1 A" Single Family Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING
