The proposed use is Equestrian riding stables, either private or when operated as a business, provided adequate measures are employed to prevent health hazards to humans or animals and adequate controls are used so as not to create offensive nuisances or odors. Horse stalls and turnouts are permitted within the front yard setback per the concept plan. C. There shall be a side yard of not less than twenty-five feet. a.
