Yes, if approved Î Montgomery resident stated concerns about traffic, ingress/egress on Brumlow, worried about used car lot, hours of operation and lighting. Mr. Richmond explained his proposal it is a private collection; it will generate Î zero to 2 visitors, very low key, not a used car lot.
