11. Consider: Ordinance No. 480-LLLL, an amendment to the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance No. 480, removing references to fire hazard regulations within
the Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of eliminating potential conflicts with the
City's adopted Fire and Building Codes.
