November 6, 2012; Approved first reading (7-0) subject to Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated October 11, 2012; restricting the drive-through portion of the proposed site plan to pharmaceutical
uses only; and, maintaining the baseline “C-2” Local Retail Commercial District uses.
Due to opposition exceeding 20% of surrounding property within 200 feet of the proposed zoning change and site plan, a super-majority vote is required by City Council for final approval.
