The interior landscaping provided on the existing landscape plan for the S -P -2 district
exceeds the landscape area and plantings required even including the proposed expansion.
Two redbud trees that are shown on the existing landscape plan are missing on site, so the
applicant is providing those trees as shown to bring the site into compliance with the
existing landscape plan.
