PROJECT: Site Plan for Durham Intermediate School Canopies
EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY: Carroll Independent School District is requesting approval of a Site Plan to add three
canopies at Durham Intermediate School on property described as Lot 1, Block 1,
Carroll ISD Addition No. 3, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas
and located at 801 Shady Oaks Dr., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: CS Community
Service District. SPIN Neighborhood # 7.
REQUEST
DETAILS: The applicant is proposing to add three canopies over existing sidewalks at pick up
and drop off locations at Durham Intermediate School.
ACTION NEEDED: 1) Conduct a public hearing
2) Consider approval of a site plan
