A previous plat revision for a portion of Carillon Phase 1A was approved June 19, 2012.
The developer had received some interest from builders for a center load versus a zero lot
line product and thus changed the lots outlined in green from zero lot line to a 10' building
separation with a 5' setback on both sides of the lots.

The developer overestimated the demand for this type of lot and would now like to change
the 8 lots on Monte Carlo back to the way they were with a zero setback on one side and a
10' setback on the other side as designated on the plat. The triangle symbols designate the
zero setback side of the lots. A five (5) foot private maintenance, drainage, access, wall
maintenance, and aerial overhang easement is dedicated within the lot adjacent to the
zero lot owner to allow them access to maintain the wall and other portions of the
structure.
