EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.

4. Consider: ZBA -629, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(1) for a
servants or family quarters. The request is being made by the applicant, Diana Taylor and Laura
Cronin, for property located at 3160 Johnson Rd., Southlake, Texas, and described as Lot 10, J.J.
Freshour No. 521 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The
current zoning is SF -1A — Single Family Residential District.
