Development Details Currently zoned AG Agricultural District; proposed zoning SF-1A Single Family Residential District. Applicant proposes three (3) residential lots; all over one (1) acre in size. The original house currently on the property is planned to be demolished. QUESTIONS / CONCERNS What is the price point on the proposed homes? $750,000+ Î What is the cost for water and sewer? Just estimating it at $100-150 per linear foot for sewer and $100-125 per linear Î foot for water. It depends on where we connect. Who pays? The owner developers typically pay for all improvements with a project and the Î city ultimately accepts the improvements.
