EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On behalf of Bicycles Inc., Starlite Sign is requesting a variance to the maximum logo height and sign area of the Sign Ordinance No. 704 -F at 2105 W. Southlake Boulevard, Suite 225, in the Southlake Marketplace shopping center. REQUEST DETAILS: The existing building is located in the southeast corner of the Southlake Marketplace shopping center on the east side of Hobby Lobby. The lease space for Bicycles Inc. was previously occupied by Mr. E's Music. This location allows for an attached sign that measures a maximum of 46.20 square feet in area and a maximum logo height of 45 inches. The applicant is requesting an attached sign that measures 68.5 square feet and a logo height of 48 inches.
