SPACE PLAN — Reception: The reception will be similar to the recent receptions.
Tables and chairs will be set up to allow ample floor space for refreshment tables,
entertainment area, guests to mingle, and clear access to doorways.

"Sister Cities International Young Artist" Exhibit
Wall Space Plan
• Exhibit of 13 framed art pieces will require less
than 30% of lobby wall space; no floor space
• Art pieces to be hung in the panel areas
• Art placement based on size of the piece and
aesthetic concerns related to color and
composition
SPACE PLAN — Exhibit: The exhibition of 13 framed art pieces will require less than
30% of the lobby wall space. Art work will be hung on walls using the same display
suspension system used for previous wall displays in Town Hall lobby.

Financial Consideration
Approval of the reception and exhibit requires
City's funding participation in an amount not to
exceed $500, which is funded in the FY 2013
Arts Council Budget.
City financial participation includes:
✓ Shared cost for refreshments at reception
✓ Shipment cost of art to next tour location
Southlake Sister Cities financial participation
includes:
✓ Cost for entertainment at reception
FINANCIAL INFORMATION: The City's financial participation in an amount not to
exceed $500 (funded in 2013 Arts Council Budget) may include shared costs for
refreshments and shipment of art pieces to next tour destination. City staff will be
assigned to specifically work this program and keep the facility secure.
