subdivision with 33 lots located between Kirkwood Boulevard and SH 114, north of the Verizon campus.

SPIN Forum: SPIN #8 will host a meeting to discuss the proposed addition of 20,000 square feet of office and
warehouse space at 722 S. Kimball Avenue.

SPIN Forum: SPIN #9 will host a city -wide meeting to discuss the proposed construction of a 22,000 square foot
specialty retail center located at the southwest corner of Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue. This project,
known as Southlake Park Village, is proposed as a dense urban village with shops and restaurants surrounding
multiple hardscape and landscape amenities including water features, public art and fireplaces.
