Southlake Park Village, located at the southwest corner of Southlake Boulevard &
Carroll Avenue, is a planned specialty retail development to consist of approximately
220,000 square feet of upscale retailers, exceptional service providers as well as unique
and exciting restaurants.
The project is designed as a dense urban village with shops and restaurants
surrounding multiple hardscape and landscape amenities including water features,
public art and fireplaces.
Southlake Park Village is planned to open in the Spring of 2014.
