PROJECT: Sign Variance for Patrizio Osteria Italian Restaurant
REQUEST: On behalf of Patrizio Osteria, Landmark Sign Co. is requesting a variance from the
Sign Ordinance No. 704 -F regulations to allow an attached sign on the north
elevation that exceeds maximum letter height and area. The property is located at
1281 East State Highway 114.
The north elevation for Patrizio Osteria Italian Restaurant fronts the SH 114
frontage road. This location allows for a maximum twenty -four (24) inch letter
height and a maximum forty -nine (49) square foot area. The applicant is
requesting up to a seventy -two (72) inch letter height specifically for the "P" and up
to seventy -two (72) square feet in area; also providing options for forty -two (42)
inch and sixty (60) inch maximum letter heights as shown in Attachment "D" of this
report.
