The property is located at 1281 East State Highway 114. The north elevation for Patrizio Osteria Italian Restaurant fronts the SH 114 frontage road. This location allows for a maximum twenty -four (24) inch letter height and a maximum forty -nine (49) square foot area. The applicant is requesting up to a seventy -two (72) inch letter height specifically for the "P" and up to seventy -two (72) square feet in area; also providing options for forty -two (42) inch and sixty (60) inch maximum letter heights as shown in Attachment "D" of this report.
