Location: 1500, 1600 and 1800 N. Carroll Ave.
PROPOSED CHANGES
A street is removed to minimize cut-through traffic to N. Carroll Avenue.
Combine the Neighborhood Park and Tree Preserve and increase the park space (added 1.2 acres of open space).
Convert approximately thirty-seven (37) of the 90’ lots to larger 100’ lots.
