The meeting was called to order by
Mayor Pro Tern, Johnny Westerholm, in
the absence of Mayor Latta who is out
of the country.
Westerholm announced that according
to the Texas Vernon's Annotated
Statutes, Article 1008, the Mayor
Pro Tern has the right to vote when he
is chairing the meeting in the absence
of the mayor.

The Minutes of the previous meeting
were approved as presented.
MAYORS REPORT
Westerholm, Southlake's contact with
C.D.N.E.T., stated that they are ask-
ing for a listing of priorities for
the city.
Texas Air Control Board is holding
a- public-hearing in Fort Worth, on
March 28. Anyone interested in
attending should contact the city
secretary.
Tonight we had visitors from Trophy
Club present, to see how our meetings

Councilperson Bone stated that the
report from the committee for the
State Highway 114 Future plan, will be
forth comming in the near future.
Service roads, widths etc. are includ-
ed in the study.
A discussion was held on the Dove
Estates sewerage treatment plant
agreement. Westerholm briefed the
audience on the process that the city
will go through in signing the agree-
ment. The agreement with the Corp of
Engineers will be signed, testing will
begin, certification is to be made of
the system, ownership to be named.
It spells out that residents will have
120 days to sign up to the system for
a fee of $2,000. After 120 days
of having the line accessible to
them, the fee will be $4,000. for hook
up. It was further explained that a
letter will go out to all residents
explaining the process.

Motion was made to approve the
agreement with the amendment that the
developer will be liable for all the
damage to property and homes made by
the contractor and a general clean up
be made by the developer.

During the public hearing, the follow-
ing persons were against the request:

Linda Kubalac, Home Financing Inc.
In favor of the request: Sue Tanner.
Motion was made by Marion Bone to
approve the request. Motion died for
lack of a second.
