This is a list of 13 of the utilities encountered by the contractor along Southlake Blvd
within the ROW, including the city of southlake, and private irrigation. In some
cases, the utility companies did relocate their lines. In many cases, they either did
not relocate their facilities adequately, or did not relocate within the timeframes
originally agreed upon.
