Government Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and
incorporated herein. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the
end of the Reaular Session or at anv time durina the meetina that a need arises
for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice form the City Attorney as
to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

a. Seek advice of the city attorney regarding items listed on this agenda.
B. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in Executive Session.

p.m.

agenda.

Made a motion to approve ZAl2 -057, granting all variances: 1) Variance to pitched roofs
under Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 43, Overlay Zones, 2)Variance to facade articulation
under Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 43, Overlay Zones, 3) Variance to bufferyard
landscape planting requirements under Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 42, Bufferyards, 4)
Variance to lighting type under Lighting Ordinance No. 693 -C, Section 4, and 5) Variance to the
intensity of illumination under Lighting Ordinance No. 693 -C, Section 5; Subject to Site Plan
Review Summary #3 dated August 30, 2012 and noting the Staff Report dated August 31, 2012.
