Because the percentage of existing tree cover on the entire site is 10.4 %, a minimum of 70% existing tree cover is required to be preserved. The plan shows existing tree cover to be approximately 10% of the lot area which requires preservation of a minimum of 70% of the existing tree cover according to Section 7.2, Table 2 of the Tree Preservation Ordinance No. 585, as amended.
