Proposed The ASSOCIATION shall have use of the CITY owned facilities pursuant to the terms of this agreement. However, the CITY reserves the right to allocate the usage of all CITY owned fields, for CITY programs and /or for other recognized Southlake Youth Athletic Associations as deemed appropriate by the CITY.
