Financial Considerations
• Field Maintenance Fees are paid by Associations:
(same as last year's FUA)
Southlake Resident $12 per player, per season
*Resident defined as a resident paying City of Southlake property taxes
Non - Resident $17 per player, per season
At a November 15, 2010 FUA Work Shop, the Non - Resident Fee was set by
representatives from each of the associations.

Previous
The ASSOCIATION, while able to use the facilities pursuant to the terms
of this agreement, will in good faith work with the CITY regarding the
CITY's efforts to also make such facilities available on an equitable
basis to any other entity(ies) deemed suitable by the CITY that also
legitimately seek to have some use of the facilities.
Proposed
The ASSOCIATION shall have use of the CITY owned facilities pursuant
to the terms of this agreement. However, the CITY reserves the right
to allocate the usage of all CITY owned fields, for CITY programs and /or
for other recognized Southlake Youth Athletic Associations as deemed
appropriate by the CITY. A��j
