City Council August 7, 2012 – 1st Reading ZA12-058 - Approved (5-2) subject to the applicant providing at the 2nd Reading more definitive information on the stop sign/crosswalk location along Watermere Drive with possible strobe light feature with input of City Staff; a more comprehensive drainage plan solution for the southeast corner adjacent to the Mortazavi property to address water migration concerns; noting the size of the homes in this new zoning will be a minimum of 2,500 square feet and a maximum of 3,700 square feet; the applicant will also come forth with representative floor plans, elevations showing various varieties of building materials with relation to construction of the proposed homes; subject to the staff report dated July 13, 2012. City Council August 7, 2012 – 1st Reading ZA12-059 - Approved (5-2) subject to the aforementioned conditions noted in Ordinance No. 480-532b otherwise known as Zoning Case ZA12-058 specifically discussed the crosswalk and sidewalk across Watermere Drive, addressing the water drainage concerns at the southeast corner of the property against the adjacent property owner known as Mr. Mortazavi, also noting the square footage to be a minimum square footage of 2,500 square feet.
