the size of the homes in this new zoning will be a minimum of 2,500 square feet and a maximum of 3,700 square feet; the applicant will also come forth with representative floor plans,
elevations showing various varieties of building materials with relation to construction of the proposed homes; subject to the staff report dated July 13, 2012.

across Watermere Drive, addressing the water drainage concerns at the southeast corner of the property against the adjacent property owner known as Mr. Mortazavi, also noting the square
footage to be a minimum square footage of 2,500 square feet.
