Villa Product- Changed the diagrams to reflect the 20’ garage setback (from property line) and 1’ Front Façade Zone. (p. 75)

Changed the third sentence under FENCE as follows: (p. 102; Section 7.0-Architectural Form) Cedar fencing shall be stained in a uniform color (medium brown stain) with two-sided design.

Approved (6-0)– Subject to the Site Plan Review Summary #2 dated August 1, 2012 with the exception of item #3 of the proposed regulations: Instead of allowing the 2nd paragraph to be
changed on page 75 from the façade zone to a minimum of 25% of any detached product that be set back at least 1-ft. from the front façade of the building to the filing. The front façade
zone of a minimum 20% of any detached product of the setback shall be at least 2.5-ft. from the front façade of the building.
