Re: Zoning Changes and Development Plans
ZAl2 -058 and ZAl2 -059
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are writing to herein express our unqualified and enthusiastic support for the above -
cited Zoning Changes and Development Plans for the South Village at Watermere and for
Watermere -at- Southlake respectively.
We have lived at Watermere -at- Southlake since January 1, 2009, and have thoroughly
enjoyed being residents of this growing community and the City of Southlake. The
proposed zoning changes and development plans now before you are in keeping with the
plans we have always understood and expected for the continued growth and
development of Watermere -at- Southlake.
We also want to share with you how very much we value and appreciate the interest and
support the developers of Watermere -at- Southlake have consistently devoted to the well-
being of this community and to the City of Southlake. We sincerely hope the Planning
and Zoning Commission will act to approve both of the above -cited Zoning Changes and
Development Plans.
Thank you for your time and favorable consideration.
Respectfully,
Sam and Pam Feazell
Laurie Lilly
To the Mayor of Southlake, the members of the Southlake City Council and the Members of the
Southlake Planning & Zoning Commission:
We totally support the proposed rezoning of the Watermere South Village. That includes both
eliminating the age restriction on the South West Portion and the proposed revisions to the South
East portion. These changes are for the betterment of our Watermere livelihood and for the
betterment of Watermere's contribution to our community as a whole.
We have the greatest respect for the Watermere Management Team and for the community people
who invested in our development to make it a desirable place for us and our neighbors to live. We
believe they are on the right track and we monitor their performance continually and carefully, In their
appearance before south governing bodies, we totally support the proposals for rezoning the south as
yet undeveloped portion of Watermere at Southlake.
