Next Scheduled Regular Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting will be held August 30, 2012.

or family quarters. The request is being made by the applicant, Davinder Singh, for property
located at 532 Coyote Rd., Southlake, Texas, and described as Lot 2, Block 3, Clariden Ranch
Phase III, an addition to the City of Southlake, Denton County, Texas. The current zoning is SF
1A — Single- Family Residential District. The applicant has requested to table this case to
the August 30, 2012 meeting.
