Replace existing lights with new $ 5,030.00 lights TOTAL COST $153,830.00 5 Financial Consideration City Purchasing Policy and State Code allow cities to make emergency or exempted purchase without competitive bidding if prompt purchase is necessary to preserve or protect the safety or public health of local residents.
