2012-07-12lug CITY SOUTHLAKE QQ TEXAS REGULAR ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING July 12, 2012 LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas City Council Chambers of City Hall TIME: 6:30 pm EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters posted on this agenda. 2. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session. REGULAR SESSION: 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of the minutes of the April 26, 2012 regular Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting. 3. Administrative Comments. CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed below are considered to be routine and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence. 4. Consent: A. ZBA -624, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(1) for a servants or family quarters. The request is being made by the applicant, Davinder Singh, for property located at 532 Coyote Rd., Southlake, Texas, and described as Lot 2, Block 3, Clariden Ranch Phase III, an addition to the City of Southlake, Denton County, Texas. The current zoning is SF -1A — Single - Family Residential District. The applicant has requested to table this case to the July 26, 2012 meeting. REGULAR AGENDA: 5. Consider: ZBA -625, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 33.19, requiring a five (5) foot wide concrete sidewalk along all public streets for all developments requiring a City Council approved site plan. The request is being made by the applicant, The DRS Group LLC /Donald R. Schreiber, for property located at 2819 Exchange Blvd., Southlake, Texas, and described as Lot 1 R2, Block 2, Cornerstone Business Park, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
