The requested action for this item is to adopt Ordinance one thousand thirty -five on
2nd Reading, to transfer ownership of property and utility easements for the Trinity
River Authority Kirkwood Lift Station and Force Main to the Trinity River Authority.

This map shows the northern wastewater drainage areas of Southlake indicated in
green. All the wastewater form this area flows to the Trinity River Authority's
Kirkwood Lift Station located at 3200 North White Chapel Blvd. From there the
wastewater is pumped through a pipeline to the Trinity River Authority's Denton
Creek wastewater treatment plant in Roanoke. Prior to construction of this system,
the City of Southlake acquired the necessary property and easements to construct
the pump station and force main with the assistance of Espey, Huston and
Associates.

these parcels will finalize our agreement with TRA with regard to the permanent
