the Cities of Keller and Colleyville for the provision of animal control services. If

Officers.
— Agreement provides full time and on -call animal
control coverage, including nights and weekends
— Improvement on Citizen Survey Gap Issue
Under this agreement, Keller will hire South lake's Field Services Officer as an
Animal Control Officer (ACO). This will allow Keller to employ three full time ACOs,
with two ACOs handling field operations and one ACO handling duties at the shelter.
This will provide Southlake will full time and on -call animal control coverage and will
lead to improved service levels on later during nights and weekends.
Provision of animal control services has historically been a gap issue in the Citizen
Survey. The enhanced levels of service included in this new agreement should help
to improve citizen satisfaction with animal control services.
