Southlake Boulevard. Development Details The City of Southlake Community Services Department prepared to discuss the proposed Southlake 2030 Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Community Facilities Bicentennial Park Master Plan and Phase II Site Plan. The following plans were prepared for viewing at SPIN: Potential Multipurpose Facility QUESTIONS / CONCERNS The meeting was called after fifteen minutes due to non-attendance.
