We have already printed and placed the roadway signs for the July 9 meeting so rescheduling will
likely cause quite a bit of confusion. Is there another representative from your office that could
present the information at SPIN?
If you definitely need to reschedule, the SPIN Guidelines stipulate that you will need to reimburse the
City for the costs related to the meeting. In this case, it will be the cost of the signage which is
approximately $130.
To proceed with rescheduling, you will need to call Pattie Minder and discuss the new schedule so
that she is aware and can help communicate changes to the neighborhood. Her number is 817-637-
7492. I believe that she is out of town at the moment so I have provided you her cell phone
number. Once you have spoken with her, we will also need you to fill out the Meeting Request Form
(attached) for the amended date. The next available dates are:

held in Town Hall – Third Floor Training Rooms.
Citizens that attend these meetings are generally looking for information on what the project will look
like, where the access will be, where the project will be located on the property, etc. Be prepared to
have visuals such as a PowerPoint presentation, large renderings and maps – something that will
represent what your project is and where it will be located on the property.
We will have easels and a laptop & projector set up for your use.

Thank you for your message. The first step in the SPIN Meeting process is to speak with the SPIN
Representative who will then make a recommendation on whether or not a meeting is needed. Your
project is located in SPIN #8 whose representative is Pattie Minder. You can reach her at 817-481-

Ms. Minder will speak with you about your project and then make a meeting
recommendation. Following that recommendation, if you wish to schedule a meeting, please fill out
and return the attached SPIN meeting request form prior to the submittal deadline for your desired
SPIN meeting date. Please note that I cannot schedule a meeting without a recommendation from
the SPIN Representative.
