Is there another representative from your office that could present the information at SPIN? If you definitely need to reschedule, the SPIN Guidelines stipulate that you will need to reimburse the City for the costs related to the meeting. In this case, it will be the cost of the signage which is approximately $130. To proceed with rescheduling, you will need to call Pattie Minder and discuss the new schedule so that she is aware and can help communicate changes to the neighborhood. Her number is 817-637- 7492. I believe that she is out of town at the moment so I have provided you her cell phone number. Once you have spoken with her, we will also need you to fill out the Meeting Request Form (attached) for the amended date. Following that recommendation, if you wish to schedule a meeting, please fill out and return the attached SPIN meeting request form prior to the submittal deadline for your desired SPIN meeting date.
