This Amendment establishes the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Building Package for the above referenced project as Thirteen Million Three Hundred Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Three Dollars ($13,315,693.00). The breakout total for Phase 1 is Seven Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars ($755,839.00). The breakout total for Phase 2 is Twelve Million Five Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Four Dollars ($12,559,854.00). The GMP total for this package includes all trades and is based on Contract Documents by RPGA Design Group, Inc. As agreed by the Owner and Construction Manager, the Guaranteed Maximum Price is an amount that the Contract Sum shall not exceed.
